Hello! I’m new to CBD and have CBD oil w/ a dropper. The bottle says 500mg. Is that the concentration or the amount in a dosage? I was told to start with 3 drops under the tongue. So am I to assume 3 drops = 500mg? I’m taking this for anxiety. Thank you so much!
